SHIPPING IN UKRAINE
Delivery of goods is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta" to any branch of the company or to the address of the client with whom courier delivery has been arranged. Please note that due to the martial law, we ship your order within 3-10 business days (except Saturdays and Sundays). The TRIP:TYCH team cannot provide the exact delivery time, only an estimate.
When placing an order for the amount of 3500 UAH or more, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is free.
When placing an order for up to 3500 UAH, the cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the buyer according to the established tariffs of the company. The cost of delivery is calculated individually based on the declared cost, which corresponds to the actual amount of the order in accordance with the established tariffs of the delivery service.
Delivery by courier is paid by the buyer separately, regardless of the order amount.

When receiving the order, it is necessary to check its integrity and conformity without leaving the place of ordering. Claims regarding the product have to be made during the period of its receipt at the branch of the transport company or upon receipt at the specified address. The TRIP:TYCH team carefully checks the products before shipment but cannot guarantee the satisfactory condition of the parcel. If the package arrives damaged, the postal operator is responsible for this. In this case, we strongly recommend that you draw up an act with a representative of the postal operator, in which you must indicate the fact that the package is damaged, specify the nature of the damage, a detailed description of the packaging and its condition at the time of receiving the package.
